Joe is the owner of Dent Squad USA and has been in the paintless dent repair since 1994. He has traveled the US performing paintless dent repair for thousands of customers over the years. He ensures that each and every customer gets the best customer service possible. Joe is a native Texan and when he is not working he attends Mavs basketball games and enjoys traveling with his wife.

Igor is a native of Rostov, Russia who moved to Chicago when he was 8. He has been in the paintless dent repair industry since 2009 and is a Master Tech at PDR. Igor has been with Dent Squad USA since 2012 and is the lead PDR technician. Igor also holds a BA in finance. Igor is fluent in Russian.

Bailey is originally from California but moved to Frisco 10 years ago. She is our office manager and works with all the customers, insurance adjusters and paperwork to help keep the business organized. Bailey comes from the customer service industry and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. When Bailey is not working she enjoys spending time with her two lovely children.

Seth has been in the Sales/customer service industry for over 20 years. He has worked with Dent Squad USA since 2015 and helped the company win the “Dent Repair Facility of the year award” of Frisco for 6 years in a row.
